Ingredients:

For the Chicken Filling:

  • 1 boneless chicken breast (grilled or pan-seared)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Wrap:

  • 1 large tortilla (whole wheat or regular)
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (adjust to spice preference)
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced cucumbers
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions:

Step 1: Cook the Chicken

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.

Step 2: Prepare the Wrap

  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo) with hot sauce.
  2. Spread the mixture over the tortilla.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded cheese.
  4. Add the sliced chicken on top.

Step 3: Wrap & Serve

  1. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly.
  2. Slice in half and serve immediately!
