  • 1 medium potato (diced)
  •  1 cup boiled chickpeas (or canned, drained)
  •  1 – 2 tbsps (25-50g) Handi Mix
  •  1 – 1 1/2 glass water (250-375ml)
  • Red Chillies (If you like it hot)
  • Garam masala
  • Salt to taste (If Needed)
  • Fresh coriander (for garnish)

Flavour-Boosting Tricks:

For extra richness, add a tablespoon of butter or a splash of coconut milk at the end.
A pinch of kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) gives a subtle earthy aroma.
