Ingredients
- 1 carrot (diced)
- 1 medium potato (diced)
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas (or canned, drained)
- 1 – 2 tbsps (25-50g) Handi Mix
- 1 – 1 1/2 glass water (250-375ml)
- Red Chillies (If you like it hot)
- Garam masala
- Salt to taste (If Needed)
- Fresh coriander (for garnish)

✅ A pinch of kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) gives a subtle earthy aroma.

Quick Method:
- Add all vegetables into the pan.
- Add water & Handi Mix paste and stir until paste is mixed well in water.
- Cover the pan with the lid. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables is soft and tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala, and let it rest for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot!
