Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized potatoes (cubed)
- 1 – 2 tbsps (25-50g) Handi Mix
- 2 – 3 tbsp oil
- 1 – 1 1/2 glass water (250-375ml)
- Red Chillies (If you like it hot)
- Salt to taste (If Needed)
- Garam masala
- Lemon juice
- Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Quick Tricks:
✔ For extra crunch, add roasted peanuts or cashews.
✔ Mash a few potato cubes while cooking for a thicker texture.
✔ Add a little water to make a semi-dry bhujiya for making potato curry.
Flavour-Enhancing Additions:
A handful of finely chopped onions for extra sweetness.

✅ Do adjust spice levels as per your preference with the Handi Mix quantity.
❌ Don’t overcook the potatoes; they should hold their shape.

Quick Method:
- Add the oil in the pan with medium heat.
- Add all cubed potatos into the pan.
- Add water & Handi Mix paste and stir until paste is mixed well in water.
- Cover the pan with the lid. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the potato cubes gets tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala (if using), add coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well and serve hot!
