Chicken Curry – Quick & Flavourful Handi Style

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken (bone-in for extra flavour)
- 2 – 3 tbsps (50-75g) Handi Mix
- 1 – 1 1/2 glass water (250-375ml)
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- ½ cup yogurt
- Red Chillies (If you like it hot)
- Salt to taste (If Needed)
- Garam masala, fresh coriander leaves and/or chopped green chillies (for garnish)
Flavour-Boosting Tricks:
✅ Add Desi Ghee : before adding Chicken, traditional aroma.
✅ Chicken : Use freshly slaughtered chicken for good tenderness and deep flavours.
Do’s & Don’ts:
✔️ Do use a handi (or deep pan with lid) for authentic slow cooking.
✔️ Do stir continuously when adding yogurt to avoid curdling.
❌ Don’t cook on the high flame—it’s key for deep flavour.
❌ Don’t overcook the chicken; it should be tender yet juicy.

Quick Method:
- Heat oil in a handi. Add chicken, cook it for 2-3 minutes until release moisture& gets white.
- Add water & Handi Mix paste and stir until paste is mixed well in water.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat. Let it simmer until chicken is slightly tender.
- Add yogurt, and stir continuously to prevent curdling.
- Let it simmer for another 4-5 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala, garnish with fresh coriander and/or green chillies, and serve hot!
